Neck Strap
find the middle of the front top of the dress and attach
yarn

ch 20, sl st in 6th ch from hook, sl st down
remaining 14 chs, 1 sl st into same st of top of dress we attached
in, tie off
Ruffles
attach yarn to 1st ch of beginning ch at
bottom of dress

ch 2, 2 dc in 1st st [1 dc in next st, 2 dc
in next] repeat around, join in 1st dc (53dc)

ch 2, 2 dc in 1st st [1 dc in next st, 2 dc
in next] repeat around, join in 1st dc (80dc)

ch 8, sl st in same st, [ch 8, sl st in next st] repeat
around, tie off (80 ch 8 loops)
Now
sew in all ends, sew one button to middle front top of dress for the
neck strap and sew 4 buttons down the back opposite side of the
button holes Now you have a pretty summer ruffle dress for your LaLa
