Fringe
  • pick what ever side you want to be the bottom this is where we will start the fringe
  • we are going to make the fringe by putting little tassels between each dc
  • we will be putting the tassels on by using a square knot or latch hook technique
  • pick the length of what you want for your fringe and double it, that is how long you want to cut you piece of fringe/tassel , cut as many as you need all the same length, 1 for between each dc

  1. take one piece of already cut yarn, fold it in half, insert your hook between two dc, grab yarn with hook, pull through but not all the way, grab the two ends with hook and pull through loop, pull tight
  2. repeat that until each piece of yarn is in place
  3. now because this is for our pets we want to secure the fringe tightly, so we are going to go around and tie a knot in each tassel/piece of fringe

  • now sew in your one ends at the top and trim the one on the bottom to match the rest of the fringe and your done!

Note

In the near future I plan to make you all a video on how to add fringe :)
